Celloflame 

A Flame made with cellophane incase one fears the use of real fire. (In a more unlikely event it may also be a sheet of cellophane made with fire.)
This is commonly used in cosplay.

Person1: "Ooh nice flame, did you make it with cellophane?"
Person2: "Yea, its Celloflame"
