a pejorative for members of what is variously called "the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria" (ISIS), "the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL), or "the Islamic State" (IS). It is based on "Daesh" or D-A-ʿI-SH, its acronym in Arabic (for al-dawla al-islamiya fi al-ʿIraq wa-al-Sham) + "bag", playing on the similar sounds of "daesh" and "douche".

It goes with "doesn't know ..." You say it about somebody who doesn't know anything of any use at all, and when it is not enough to say "he doesn't know jack," and you are tired of "jack-shit."

(1) A person who has immigrated from one of the African countries or Haiti, countries President Donald Trump allegedly referred to contemptuously as "shithole countries" or shitholes, at a White House meeting on January 11, 2018. Usually it is asserted either pejoratively about another person (sometimes as a vicious slur) or proudly about oneself.
(2) More widely, usually a self-assertion expressing pride or claiming a badge of honor: a person who has immigrated from, or claims to be a descendent of immigrants from, any country that has been the butt of contemptuous criticism for its impoverishment or for the moral inferiority of its inhabitants.
Sense (2): I am a proud 'shitholer.' My family was called wops and mackerel eaters. I'm proud of that. We came when people from Ireland and Italy were seen as dirty people. Dirty Catholics who didn't belong in a Protestant country. (Philip Mudd on CNN TV, Jan. 11, 2018 )

There is hacksteria when a whole bunch of people get really worked up over news leaks. They act as if there has been way more hacking of government or private computer accounts than there really has been. It is a combination of hack + hysteria.
The intensity of the hacksteria in TrumpWorld is a good indication how damaging this could be ... @SykesCharlie on Twitter, Jan. 27, 2020

Those people who childishly, foolishly go along with what the "cool" people think and do, just so they can get respect they don't deserve. They repeat nonsense just so they can be proud of themselves and "with it." They are the mindless rabble that pretends to be middle-class.
