Someone who is arrogant about the borough (of New York) that he/she lives in.

Christina's such a boroughist; she thinks living in Queens is as cool as living in Brooklyn.

Latingo

He who is both Latino and Gringo. (She who is both Latina and Gringa would be a Latinga.)

David was born and raised in the States but married an Argentinean. He's incorporated so much of her culture — though he's still a whitey — that he's become such a Latingo.
