the amazing transformation that comes over someone that works in law enforcement/securtiy. It occurs simultaneously with the donning of the uniform. The wearer instantly feels invincible and develops a "Im Superior" attitude.

The extremely darkened or black lensed sunglasses worn by people into the ER, Urgent Care, or doctors office to gain sympathy from staff in an attempt to increase the amount of medication they hope to receive for their 'headache' pain.
Dr Morphi-- Sooooo, tell me about your illness today?
Sick Sally-- (lowers cell phone) Ooooo doctor! My head is just pounding! I had to wear my dark shades today because even the dimmest light increases my pain! Nothing I tried at home is strong enough! Please help!

The classic syndrome exhibited by those who got beat up, stabbed or shot, and dont want to admit they know who did it. usually by some wrong-doing over drugs or money owed.
dr smith: do you know what happened tonite?
Billy Bob: YA! i was standing on my porch, minding my own business, smoking a cigarette, and "some dude" came along and shot me!
dr smith: did you see this person?
billy bob: nope. it was just some dude.
