An IML acronym that stand for, "If You Repeat This I Will Deny" --- means you will openly deny you ever said or sent this if it becomes public. Very useful when telling a trusted friend the real story that lies underneath your cover-up of a mistake or petty mis-deed, or when sharing an opinion that would cause trouble if it became openly known that you felt that way. Also useful when laying out an underhanded plan.

Acronym for "It Gets Better" - a channel on YouTube where videos are posted for bullied gay and lesbian young people, encouraging them to hang on during their high school years because life gets better after that. Started by columnist Dan Savage specifically as a suicide prevention resource, after publicity surrounding several gay/lesbian young people who were lost to suicide in Autumn 2010.
I think Obama's support of gay and lesbians is genuine, not just playing politics. He even made a video for IGB and he didn't need to do that.

A non-transgendered male. A naturally-born man or boy whose psychological gender identity is socially male also.
Clarification: A cis male is not necessarily macho, or even of average masculine persona. A cis male might have some or many characteristics that are feminine, effeminate, or female-like, but unless he seeks to project a female persona, he is still a cis male.

Political Correctness Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. A malady characterized by having a "politically correct" term for almost everything, and a huge lexicon of other terms that are considered "politically incorrect" -- and continually engaging a dogmatic insistence that everyone else use the PC term(s) and never use any of the corresponding politically incorrect terms.
Gina is so PC-OCD! In American History class I merely referred to Sacagawea as a "squaw" and she gave the class a ten-minute rant about respecting Native Americans and women in history!

Often used when discussing Black conservatives, this term refers to the notion that white liberals prefer for all African-Americans to fit into one political viewpoint, generally characterized as left-Populist-Democrat. If Blacks all think the same, then the leadership of the liberal white left can regard Blacks as a monolithic voting block. That makes things a lot easier to strategize and manipulate than if the Black population is seen as a whole spectrum of political views -- which, of course, is indeed the case in reality. Thus, when white liberals imply that any politically-aware Black who is not left-Democrat is either suicidal or insane, they are "keeping the Blacks on the liberal plantation" -- and Blacks who are not left-Democrat are spoken of as having "bolted off the liberal plantation." An important facet of this paradigm is that the "liberal plantation" is figuratively a "plantation" because it uses Black voters to serve mostly the interests of a white liberal establishment, not the interests of the Black American voters themselves.
