Pertaining to the scretch of skin between your sack and your asshole, this is the act of sneaking up on a dude from behind in the locker room and reaching between his legs so that you slap the back of his balls with your index and birdy fingers. This only works in a locker room or somewhere there are guys changing because the victum must be in his boxers.

(Seinfeld) An alias that Jerry comes up with so that he can gain access to an apartment for sale during the Puerto Rican Day Parade, so that he can watch the end of the Mets game. Art Vandelay and H.E. Pennypacker also the same scene to gain access to the apartment.

(Seinfeld) An alias used by Kramer. Wealthy industrialist, and philanthropist. He also used this alias to gain access to to the same apartment for sale as Kel Varnsen did during the Puerto Rican Day Parade. His need to gain access to the apartment was to use the bathroom. Another notable appearance in the apartment was Art Vandelay.
