a condition in which a person uses 'bro' excessively in conversation. A common affliction that may evolve to using and abusing other similar pronouns 'bra', 'yo' 'dude', 'dawg', etc.
Bianca: "Dude, what's with the face?"
Martha: "Yo.. I think we might have hyperhibrosis.."
Bianca: "gasp!.. oh shit bro"
