Acronym for Gym, Beach, Football. A play on Jersey Shore's GTL (Gym, Tan, Laundry), geared towards football players. Refers more closely to the daily routine of many football players during training camp; attending gym sessions in the morning, going to the beach during the day and football practice at night. Originated in Nova Scotia, Canada.
