When a guy is fucking a girl from behind and when he's about to blow his load, spits on the girls back. Naturally she thinks the man is done and turns around. As soon as the girl turns around, he blows his load in ONE of her eyes. When the girl covers her eye with her hand (like a pirates eye-patch), the guy then punches her in the throat. She will then gargle "ARRRRRRRRRR" like a pirate due to her throat being punched.
