Used at raves or in clubs referring to poorly disguised cops (usually narcs) ineptly trying to blend in.

trepanned

Term used in online gaming which was popularized by Action Quake; it refers to the act of trepanation.

Only in this case, the hole bored into your head is made by a bullet rather than a surgical instrument.
