A funny way to draw attention to someone or something. Often used in a phrase such as, "ain't this about a bitch", for emphasis in expressing astonishment or disbelief.
Cuv: Yeah dude, this potential landlord seems like a grade a fuckup, and I don't think I want to be renting from him.
Snell: Fuckup, how?
Cuv: Dude was all wasted the other night when I was asking him about the place and started yelling at me in tongues 'n' shit.
Snell: I hear you, dude. Crazy landlords can be about a bitch.
Cuv: What?
