Must be spelt with more than one "M", although 3 is more excepted.

Pronounced: Awww-thumb or Awww-fumm

When a male attempts to chat up a female, hoping for a potential date and usually more from the situation, usually referred to as Getting it on but not quite as much "contact".

He said 'he Got Fresh with her' but in truth she kept pushing him away.
