in close proximity relative to another location; also, something that is apparent or will be realized soon
"The nice thing about living in this neighborhood is that all the amenities are right around the corner from us."

an expression which describes a situation where there is confusion or lack of direction.
"ever since that company got new management, it's been like the blind leading the blind over there."

an assessment or analysis made with regard to a particular situation, to gain further knowledge and insight into it.
