The act of running with little clothing in order to get a good tan. Ranning allows for both good muscle tone and good skin tone.
M: Wow, you look so tan! Have you been spending a lot of time at the beach?
B: Nope, I went ranning yesterday for two hours without my shirt on and now I'm buff and tan!
