Being held accountable for information you haven't been taught, and standards that are nonexistent. The "do as I say, but not as I do" mentality. This also includes the process of being butt fucked by multiple people, who in turn need to be butt fucked. A completely unorganized way of doing business with a total breakdown in communication.
