When a person of African descendant starts chimping out at you unintelligibly, usually this is the case for 90% of all arguments versus a black person or when they're irritated in general.

A term for when a POC, or more commonly, a person of African/Arab Descendant complains about oppression, racism, or being poor despite government, or propaganda giving his people a major cultural representation and resources.
