Used as vulgar term to insult people by suggesting the 'insultee' is a female gay person (lesbian,) that likes to eat pussy all day, everyday, and likes to fuck pussy using every disgusting thing that anyone could ever think of. You would use this term on a straight person, because as you may have thought, the insult doesn't work on lesbians, or bisexual people.
