When you mistakenly send a text, email, or IM of questionable appropriateness to the wrong person or group of people, who may or may not be OK with it.
In the business meeting, my boss made the comment "This is just too long and hard." Thinking it was to my buddies' group text, I woodpeckered "That's what she said" to my female peer. That got me a talking to by HR.
