1. the act of self-promotion through secrecy and the use of large confusing words that appear to be eloquently phrased but don't say anything.

2. promises of achieved success thru draft plans and no measureable outcome.

I just started in my postion and was promoted 6 months later via a rubye.

When I asked for insight on how our business was running I was given a rubye.
