Sizable dick one gets during a vacay: usually a tropical locale filled with dudes with stereotypically large dongs.
It's like that age-old joke:
A guy is at a nude beach in Jamaica for his honeymoon and on his dick is his wife's name, 'Wendy', but only seen as 'WY' when flaccid. He bumps into a local who also has a 'WY' on his dick.
