The fear or idea that wearing a mask in public for long periods of time will cause grave illness or death. This is common within the Karen and Chad communities and quite often reflected in Twitter or Facebook rants. The individual is often seen healthy and fine in public wearing a mask though.
Karen loves to make videos in her car after shopping at HomeGoods saying how she feels nauseous, weak and is having heart palpitations from wearing her mask. She is suffering from an extreme case of maskochondria.

A single or group of primarily middle aged, middle class white women who feel they are entitled to whatever they want. Often see with a short cropped haircut.
That group of soccer moms were really flexing their Karen Privilege when refusing to leave the city park even after the cops threatened to arrest them.
