A very reliable car made by Chevrolet through model years 1988 to 1996. The Chevrolet Corsica is a four-door variant of the Chevrolet Beretta, and shares almost all of its parts with the exception of exterior body panels. The Chevrolet Corsicas came with 2.2L I4, 2.8L V6, 3.1L V6, and 3100 V6 (same displacement, slightly different engine) throughout the years. Chevrolet Corsicas frequently persevere for hundreds of thousands of miles, and are extremely reliable. There were some factory defects in some years, the most obvious being a defect in the primer that caused the paint to peel on some cars. Repriming/painting the car solves this problem. All told, the Chevrolet Corsica is a great car and proves wrong the popular misconception that American cars are unreliable. It's just Fords that are unreliable, get it right, folks.
