An I.T. person <normally a male> who will fix your computer or computer problems while not giving a shit. He/she might eat your food, go through your desk drawers, steal your change, etc.
Rustin: "My computer works better than ever but all of my change is gone, there are crumbs all over my desk, and the dirty picture of my wife is gone from my desk drawers."
