A) intentionally, and in certain cases unintentionally, damages a persons reputation or hurts the persons ability to function in society, due to being repeatedly targeted.
B) IS social engineering performed by a government, university /psychological study,township, religion, corporation, police force, or Miliatary that crosses ethical boundary lines that are yet to be established.
