In the UK refers to a large wagon like a 40 tonnes artic which shuttles up a motorway dropping bulk parcel deliveries from one major depot off to smaller depots at industrial areas close to the motorway. Can also refer to the wagon driver.

A rare, usually nasty, obscure medical condition about which little is known. So-called because the entry in large textbooks like Harrison’s is in small print at the bottom of the page. Typically the entry says that MRI scanning may be useful in diagnosis and steroids in treatment.
