TGC or Toms Gaming Computer is a term used to describe someone’s PC setup as primitive and outdated to the point of irrelevance. It stems from a local tale from Nuneaton of a boy named Tom who broke all technology he owned, from a microwave to an Xbox. Eventually he bought a computer and it miraculously didn’t break, he used it every waking hour of every day for 3 years and eventually his already outdated setup became completely irrelevant and barely functional. However Tom still refused the fact of irrelevancy even when the computer was smoking he insisted on its health. The term is used to describe people who have this same ignorance.
“Mate you’ve got a TGC you need to upgrade.”
Or
Screw you and your TGC!”
