Paddling 

form of friendly wheeling where what you say is supposed to be nice and cute, but no wheeling/ attempting to pick up is intended.
It can said as "paddles" depending on the context.

bob- you're so cute nicole!
steve- you wheeling that?
bob- no, just paddling.

joe- you're soo beautiful.
sam- are you trying to pick me up, or is that just your paddles?
