Orinoco Flow 

An Orinoco Flow is a rather messy and 'river' like stream of piss which is often produced after prolonged anal sex with a member of the same sex due to their un-emptied bowels.

I went to Wimbledon Common, met a man and ended up with an Orinoco Flow.
