gutcock

A large hanging-out belly button resembling a flaccid cock. Common in Southern Africa, in certain tribes in Mozambique a long gutcock in males is regarded as a sign of sexual prowess. Females with long gutcocks are seen to be poor beares of children.

The tribesman walked boldly out of the ocean with his gutcock dripping wet.
