(Stands for "Middle School Dropout.") An 11-15 year old on the internet who possesses an inflated ego, and is known for over-exaggerating statements spoken or actions committed by a good or neutral person, making them look bad while providing poor evidence, but succeeds into doing so.

Essentially people affiliated with Grass-Types in any form (profile picture, sona, etc.) They’re often the ones that pretend to be a team player or empathetic, and want to help someone only for them to see that they have nothing up their sleeves except a strong ego or outright betrayal by the next morning. They’ll likely be against you forever.
