Ettienne

A very skilled man. Usually works as a maintainence man at a hotel, airport or other establishment. Also tends to sweat profusely while performing the simplest of tasks. For Example: Walking, sitting or eating.

Damn man, it's not even hot out but you're sweating like an Ettienne.
