A 'Luss' is another word for cuss, but usually only said by extremely annoying people. So when you 'Bust' a luss, you're swearing, or saying a swear word.
Luss Buster: 'Man, this fucking game.' Someone who calls out said Luss 'LUSS BUSTER, YOU'RE A LUSS BUSTER!!'
