The equivalent of an elevator hogger, but 10x the Savage factor. Think of him as a fire hornrt, in human form. He is completely selfish and keeps the elevator to himself, letting nobody else ride it. While riding, the hornrt is talking to his Princess Hornrt over the emergency intercom, wasting precious taxpayers dollars.

Staten island folks constantly flood the town through the Goethals bridge, creating an interminable traffic route. This is also the town where college students who got through High School Chemistry and Calc class in one piece graduate from university with 16.666667 GPAs. Elevator enthusiasts frequently swarm the town to film the HornrtDisc elevators in the Embassy Suites hotel downtown. What's not to love about Elizabeth?
