Short for Liberal-Conservative (Can also be interchangeable with Conservative-Liberal)

Insult.

It is used to signify that there is little to no difference between a conservative or liberal government / supporter and the final outcome for a voter or general citizen would be the same with little difference. Generally meaning one who votes or supports a Liberal (Progressive) based party and then after being displeased after their time in power, they turn to the Conservative based party and support them. Assuming that the outcome will be different than the previous. The cycle continues in a circle of Liberal,Conservative, Liberal,Conservative etc... with no major change in the political atmosphere, hypocrisy, poor politician work efficiency, financial corruption or the lack of care for the citizen's well being.

The term is popularly used by any rebel against governments or central powers(such as an Anarchist etc..) or someone simply disgusted and fed up with politics and politician's in general.
Look at all these mindless LibCons arguing between each other. The poor fools have no idea that these political parties are both wolves of the same breed preying on all the people.

A great idea initially , but its quality has drastically deteriorated year after year and continues to get worse. It was founded in 1999 by Aaron Peckham while he was a freshman computer science major. Shortly afterwards it became abused by mostly teenagers/ dumbass children and to a lesser degree mentally stunted adults (largely due to the non-existent moderater position to look over words submitted). These individuals continue to flood its space with high levels of immaturity, retardation, first names of acquaintances with definitions that don't make sense to anyone, political bias, shitty grammar, nonsensical sexual innuendo stupidity and random words with definitions pulled out of thin air that are not used as slang by any living being in society . On occasion you can actually find a professional input of a real slang word that is legitimate and professional. RIP URBAN DICTIONARY. "You were good while you lasted."

When politicians come under fire for missteps or failures, they often rely on the technique of trying to shift the focus onto others. In an attempt to duck responsibility, scrutiny, accountability, they often create "scapegoats" to shift blame onto. They try to lay their failures at the feet of others or make a way to justify them. They may try to shift the debate entirely onto a completely irrelevant and different subject. One example is to make a drastic decision that completely shifts focus from the previous subject of scrutiny onto this new drastic change or subject brought into light by the government. Seen commonly by politicians and on a less refined level , regular people supporting a political party or figure in arguments or debates, or as a psychological attempt to manipulate others in regular domestic situations. In politics the tactic is entirely strategic and is arguably one of the most devious and disreputable in the eyes of honest morality and accountability, but is quite common in politics around the world.
