Neuteboom

A Neuteboom is a rare trait only found in some kids. It is where a child is so dirty that the dirt solidifies on his skin thus creating a dirt layer on his skin. Sometimes passing it off as a tan he manages to get by

You see that kid over there

Yeah

What a Neuteboom, he says its a tan but really its just dirt

I wonder why he smelled
