This term is used in reference to the size of a woman’s labia majora aka the outer lips of the vulva. A fat pussy means only the outer lips are visible so the labia minora, clitoris, and vaginal opening are not out in the open. A fat pussy may also have a plump Mona pubis, which is the area below the hips but above the labia (where a lot of the pubic hair grows). People with a fat pussy are more likely to have cameltoe and makes it a little more annoying to shop for underwear and bathing suits. Straight men seem to like a fat pussy as they are aesthetically pleasing and provide extra cushion for the pushin’. They’re also referred to as an “innie” as opposed to an “outie” (where the outer labia are not as large/plump).
