Ones Mentally or Emotionally Exhausted To The Point That They No Longer Care About Anything Anymore.
Physically Tired (Sleepy) : Im Tired Im Going To Bed Goodnight, or Im Tired Im Going To Bed.
Mentally and Emotional Exhausted usually said as Im Tired or You Know What... Im So Tired. or IM TIRED with anger.
Is just over something or so much stuff they dont care anymore and give up and dont want to continue.
