A Cocoa Dump (1) is a a term used to describe a person of color finally finding a therapist that is also a person of color and proceeding to dump their entire life story onto them in 10 minutes because even though they've had therapists before they've with held information due to not feeling safe. This will usually take a multitude of avenues to process and not just this instant moment of relief. (2) can also be a term used to describe your children literally dumping a canister of cocoa onto the floor and it being so finely grounded that it makes a mess that you will need a multitude of ways to try to clean up.
A client just came into the crisis center and cocoa dumped on me. Or my darn kids just cocoa dumped on the floor!

Copitulate is mash up between a law enforcement officer (AKA cop) and the word capitulate, which is defined as complying. To copitulate (1) is a term used to describe the internal conflict that arises in People Of Color and/or people of poverty who must override their natural instinct to react in fight, flight, or freeze when with threatened by an interaction with law enforcement and/or badged authority figures. (2) can also be used when the perception of being threatened exists after viewing footage or hearing stories of past excessive force as in the tragic deaths of Philandro Castile, Sandra Bland, Freddie Gray, Trayvon Martin, Dravon Ames & Iesha Harper (the Phoenix family held at gunpoint over a doll), and a countless number of individuals who's lives are threatened or have been taken unnecessarily and received no justice.
The best way to end police brutality is to copitulate to commands and challenge any racially motivated use or abuse of power through excessive force in the court room rather than from a prison cell or a coffin.

1)A strong adverse reaction by child welfare professionals or child representatives caked in bias, privilege, and racial discrimination that is applied to Black, Brown, or poor families and not their lighter or wealthier counterparts.
2)Recoiling from any emotion displays expressed by Black, Brown, or poor families and documenting them as irate, hostile, or other malicious negative terminology that evokes intensive racialized professional scrutiny.
3)A drastic act of retaliation or overcorrection by professionals against a Parent of Color for any deviation from perfection no matter how big or small the offense; recrimination when a Parent of Color attempts to stand up for themselves.
The child welfare professionals reacted with blacklash by reducing parenting time by 2.5 hours after learning that the Parent of Color drank a beer a week ago in response to stress.

To be mama'd (1) is to be in the middle of a foolish or juvenile action or outburst and have someone assertively, but supportively redirect you out of the chaotic moment you've created. (2) To display and declare direct, but firm instruction that causes unexpected calm like when you come home to visit a loving mother or pseudo-mother.
They were about to move across the country with no plan and got mama'd back to sanity and the need of a plan.
