M.M. Maximisation

The Goffyistic idea that practising M.M. can be overdone. In Goffyistic philosophical thought this is seen as one of the main ways to ruin your life, and is therefore also a sort of 'pseudo-sin'. In practise M.M. Maximisation is achieved when you go against the social-norms of your respective society for too long in the attempt to uphold M.M. Optimisation.

Jack: "This guy is M.M. Maximising"
John: "His excessive M.M. Maximisation has led him astray"

M.M. Optimization

The idea that the Goffyistic ideal of the self can be found by optimizing the time spent in "M.M." and in "daily life" in such a way that one's social relationships are upheld.

M.M. (Goffyism)

M.M. is a term used in Goffyistic philosophical thought to describe one of its cornerstones of enlightenment. M.M. encapsulates the basic human desire to let loose and be nonsensical. Though it is quoted as being essential to happiness, behaving against society's norms for too long is recognised as self-destructive. It is a relative term.

Being 'goofy' for the sake of it, is therefore one of the main ways to achieve happiness.

Describes a particular philosophical way of thinking, which involves striving to achieve human enlightenment through "M.M. Optimization"
