Lesbians. Derived from the sexual action of two women mashing (bumping) their genitals (cooters) together during their lesbian sex act.

Rosie and Ellen didn't mind being called cooter bumpers because if it was one thing they loved, it was being lesbians grinding their pussies together under the sheets.
