When a woman gives birth to a male and he turns out to be a in her view a LBB (little bitch boy) and is not masculine enough in the woman’s eye, it is often the result of sperm that has a cry baby or bitch gene infected in the semen. It can’t be detected by convention medical tests but often manifests itself as a toddler who cry’s and screams more often than the mom expected. As an adolescent, boys infected with the bitch sperm will often exhibit metrosexual behavior such as eating a candy bar with a knife and fork, wearing a scarf often and flamboyantly and will also often suffer from arachnophobia.
