An ambulance or ambulance-like vehicle that has been converted into a fire vehicle. Looks like a red ambulance that says "Fire Dept." on it.

When that kid had a seizure, they sent a flambulance over.

A condom. In slang, not necessarily a condom made of lambskin, although they can be.
