When something happens that you were not expecting and so therefore time is somewhat nonexistent for you did not know when else it could have happened
Tim: "Woah, hey Paul I was not expecting you to call me
Paul: "Oh hey, I am 20 minutes from home"
Tim: "Ah, next time you should call me when you are 3 minutes from home because that would make it Unexpectime"
