what junior grimes enjoys doing (among many other vices) meaning putting a junioristic twist on whatever he sets his own eyes on.
To juniorize is to convert an item/place/person/etc so that it praises junior or holds him/her in the highest regard imaginable.
To JUNIORIZE something is to make its qualities resemble or at the very least give adoration to junior grimes (the son)
In simple terms, what it means to juniorize something/someone is to make it possess qualities/attributes greatly resembling or worshiping J himself.
Many things can be juniorized, for NOTHING is above being JUNIORIZED.
