This is a sexual act in the same realm as a cleveland steamer . This is when a guy is in a 69 position with a chick, but he is on top. The guy raises the girls legs up in the air like handlebars of a dirtbike, grunts, twists her right ankle and blast out a wet rooster tail of shit splatter all over the chicks breasts and face. Thus, it is like a wide open throttle on a dirtbike, creating a rooster tail of dirt.
