an acronym meaning "See You Online Soon". Similiar to ttyl "Talk To You Later" however syos is used when saying goodbye to someone whom you only talk to online.

To save your money and rarely buy anything nice so you can go out to the bars/clubs and buy drinks for everyone and drink as much as you like running up an impressive tab and not worrying about the cost.
You wouldn't believe that Steve doesn't own much in his apartment with how many rounds of drinks he's been buying. Steve must be Bar Rich.
