There are 2 definitions:
1) True Crime; TC is sometimes used to abbreviate "True Crime" especially in the True Crime Community
2) Teacher Crush; I can't say I've ever heard TC used like this outside of Tumblr, but basically it's what some teens use to discreetly talk about their teacher crushes, for seemingly obvious reasons.
1) "I bought some TC films today, wanna come over and watch?"
2) "I'm a little hungover this TC, he got married over the summer, and now my chances are slimmer"-some tumblr kid I won't name (istg it's always tumblr)

Devika can be a name, and the words root is from India, not 100% what language, but probably Sanskrit.
Devika straight up means "little goddess" that's it. Devi is the root word meaning god. Most commonly it is a girls name, but don't be shocked if you meet an enby or boy Devika. If you're English speaking the only time you'll come in contact with this is most likely as a name. Pronounced most commonly like "dave- e - kah" the D with a "th" feel of mouth formation but still a D.
Devika was my next door neighbor.

One who "plays for the other team" is gay.

Basically if someone were to say "she plays for the other team" it would mean she plays for women who like women not women who like men. It's an expression to say someone is gay men (They don't really have their own term to my knowlage) plays for men who like men or Nb who like men, lesbian plays for women who like women or Nb who like women, or skoliosexual plays for nbs that like nbs, or nbs that like men/women
"I have a crush on Ivan"
"Sorry, it's not gonna work out... He plays for the other team"
