One's metaphorical repository or "container" of an emotional representation of how much the person cares, gives shits, or fucks about a selected topic, situation, location or individual. Essentially, their "meh" meter. It can range from overflowing with agreeable consideration towards or so empty that the person struggles to remember a time when they gave a fuck or had any fucks left to give.

When a mother (single or married) has reached her maximum patience limit and explodes into a devastating tsunami of fury spewn obscenities for the sole reason of being heard and being felt. A child's worst fear is lighting the mom bomb.
Kids: (arguing loudly and disagreeing with guidance from their mother.)
Mother: "Dude, it's about to get fucking real. Yep. Mom Bomb's about to go off!"
