Flooxi is a word derived from "floxi" which initially had the meaning of "valueless". However flooxi has been used inside Greek community similarly to the word "raffle" or "e-lottery". Flooxing has some similarities to "gambling" or better a charity raffle, but it does not include addiction (it is generally a softer term). Sometimes the word flooxi is also used as an alternative to e-ticket.
Hey, did you buy any flooxies for the tomorrows charity's raffle?

A flooxi is organized to support our club.

Occasionally, I am flooxing, but I am not a gambler!
