The state of mind of an individual who has intentionally or unintentionally swallowed, smoked, snorted or shelved one too many illicit substances. Usually related to the state of mind reached after a person's 5th or 6th ecstasy tablet where rational thoughts no longer exist and unrelated tangents of conversation flow whilst sporting a stupid grin.
